Introduction
It has been a long time since I had my hands inside of a mATX build. The last PC I had was a Socket A pre-built I got from a buddy really cheap back in 2004 or so. When I got into buying my own parts shortly after that, I was advised by who I went to advice for, that bigger cases keep parts cooler. Based on that philosophy I purchased myself a mid tower, and the cases have only gotten bigger. Getting this case from In Win was a bit of a shock when I first got the package.
While the Matrix is a new addition to In Win’s creative collection of products, In Win has been in the market since 1985, bringing computer chassis, power supplies and storage solutions. They have continued on this path, and are still bringing original design ideas to PC users. From the Na with a real chinaware top, to the crystal embellished Allure, it is easy to see In Win has no problems thinking outside of the box.
In Win was nice enough to send to me, straight from Taiwan, the Matrix from their line of cases. Not being a mATX PC builder in most of my rig since pre-built HP’s, this will be a truly new experience reviewing this case. Being that this case is so compact in the box, it is about the time we get it out of the box and see what the In Win Matrix is all about.
