The Corsair Dominator series is one of the most awarded kits of memory on the market and today they are back with a brand new edition, something that grabs a hold of me tightly, then I flow that a harpoon daily and nightly. Will it ever stop? Yo, I don't know. Turn off the lights and I'll glow… Wait I got caught up there and I need to stop before Vanilla Ice sends over his lawyers, but interesting enough they do glow.

 

Joking aside the new Corsair Dominator Platinum Edition kit of memory is as serious as a heart attack. This is due to this kit being designed for world-class system builds. It's built with hand-screened ICs, undergoes rigorous performance testing, and incorporates state-of-the-art cooling for reliable performance in demanding environments. This not only means this kit of memory is going to be faster than most DDR3 2133 kits on the market, but it is also has overclocking headroom second to none.

 

Of course with improved quality comes a higher premium and the Corsair Platinum DDR3 2133 memory kit is no exception. At $129.99 for an 8GB kit makes this one of the most expensive kits on the market.
