INTRODUCTION

 

 

 

 

    Mainboards featuring the latest and most high-end X79 chipset by Intel (LGA2011 socket) were finally released today with more or less the performance differences we've been talking about for the last couple of months. However since we're not much into benchmarking mainboards and calling it a day i decided it was best for us to release our results after actually using the mainboards we have here for quite some time, with the same CPU and more than just one memory kit. This of course will provide more accurate results not only in terms of benchmarking which shouldn't be much different from the ones most of you have seen today but mostly in terms of stability since bugs are rarely detected after just a few benchmarks. So we ask from all of you to be patient and wait for our complete and thorough X79 reviews. With that in mind today we will be taking a look at the latest gaming mouse by SteelSeries, the Legendary MMO gaming mouse.

    The basic design of the Legendary is almost identical to the WOW Cataclysm MMO Gaming Mouse again manufactured by SteelSeries but it comes with an entirely different theme. So instead of having an armor-plating like exterior design (it actually looked like a beetle) the Legendary features a nice glossy exterior with a LED WOW logo placed at the rear. Overall this is without doubt one of the best gaming mice oriented towards WOW players but it's nowhere close to the Sensei Pro Grade Laser Mouse we reviewed a few days back neither in terms of speed nor accuracy. But let's check it out and let you see for yourself just how good the Legendary MMO Gaming Mouse really is.
