    Having already covered both the low/High end segment of the market when it comes to graphics cards today and inside the weekend we have decided to move to the mid-end segment by bringing you two reviews of the markets best choices, one from the red camp and one from the green camp. Today we kick off with the latest offering by the well-known HIS, the Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X TurboX card.

    As usual the IceQ X TurboX line of cards features a good factory overclock and a custom cooling by HIS which not only does it perform quite better than similar cards but it is also quite more silent. Now to be more specific the factory overclock that HIS has applied to the Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X TurboX is set at 975MHz on the core and 4600MHz on the memory modules which is quite impressive compared to the 900MHz core clock/4200MHz memory clock of the standard Radeon HD 6870.
