INTRODUCTION

 

 

 

 

      Popcorn Hour has been called many times the Pioneer of hardware media players ever since their beginning years ago and for that reason the fact that their solutions have been awarded countless times really comes as no surprise. I never really had the chance to test their A100 Networked Media Player which really changed the way of things but i did have the chance to test their A110 unit which left me with a very good impression. Still something is very good until something else comes along that is even better and their newest offering the C-200 is by far their best work since it makes both the A100 and A110 seem old.

       Unlike every Networked Media Player we have ever reviewed the C-200 is quite customizable since not only you can add a Blu-Ray drive or a 3.5inch HDD inside its chassis but you can also add an 2.5inch HDD as secondary. That aside you can also add your own fans to keep the inside cooler while at the same time the wealth of connectors is really amazing. As usual the Popcorn Hour unit is made by high quality materials and up to date its chassis is by far the most durable i have ever encountered.
