           Two days ago i watched Top Gun and even though i am quite certain that it was the 12th time i watched that movie i enjoyed it as much as the first time more than a decade ago. I always was a bit crazy about airplanes, specifically war planes and the F-14 Tomcat always was amongst my favorite models right behind the Mig-29 Fulcrum and the Su-27 Flanker. Because of that reason i went out to get the best simulator i could find in order to fully utilize the equipment i have here with me. Still since lately flight simulators have been reduced to arcade like games like HAWX i was unable to find a realistic solution, not with airplanes and so i turned to the second best choice, a flight simulator with helicopters, the name of the game DCS Black Shark. Now the DCS Black Shark is a flight simulator based on the KA-50 Russian attack helicopter with great graphics and unsurpassed realism and so it is the perfect choice to test the Saitek pro system we have here today.

Both products belong to the Saitek pro line and are considered to be if not the best certainly amongst the best flight simulator controller solutions in the market. Weeks ago we had the chance to test the older and more entry level X52 flight controller and in comparison with that version the new X52 pro sports quite a few new and innovative features and overall a better feeling since Saitek took into consideration a large number of recommendations from flight simulator fans and users of the original X52 flight controller in order to make an more full and better version than the original product.
