INTRODUCTION

For as long as i can remember Antec has always been one of the few companies to which enthusiasts turn in order to purchase their power supply. Specifically their TruePower units have gained numerous awards and respect from everyone that ever had the chance to own one. Natural as it is with every successful product almost a month ago Antec introduced their newest Power Supply line that carries the TruePower name, the TruePower New. According to Antec this line was built from the ground up and so they were able to outfit it with more features than its predecessor while at the same time the performance of those units is improved across the board from rail stability to overall efficiency.
In the PC hardware market there are only a few companies that really need to introductions and have associated their name with high quality and performance. Antec is one of these companies since it is a brand name respected by enthusiasts originally for their impressive and innovative PC cases and later on because of their high quality performing power supply units and accessories. Antec was founded in 1986 and is recognized as a pioneer in the Do-It-Yourself ( DIY ) market. Over the years the Antec brand has indeed become synonymous with high quality chassis and power supplies throughout the world.
Today we will be taking a look at the Antec TruePower 750W which happens to be the most powerful unit in this line, at least up until this moment. Until the moment you start using the unit you will notice that the overall finish is not as good and elegant as the Signature line or unique as the Quattro line. I for once was expecting something along these lines, not that it matters at all but i just like it more when companies pay attention to the outside as well as they do with the inside that is all. Still i have to admit that for its price tag the TruePower 750 is not half as bad as most units in that price range.
