INTRODUCTION

 

 

 

 

 

 

         I keep trying to remember how many times i have taken my USB flash drive of my keychain in order to store files on it and found that it lacked the capacity needed to store all the files i wanted. That is when the thought of having a portable HDD with large enough capacity always comes in mind and from what i hear so does to many people i know. But this is where the hard part comes since you can choose between hundreds of products, either get a external HDD ready from one of the big companies in the field or buy a standalone HDD and pair it with an external enclosure. Most people of course choose the first option which is a lot easier but some like me like to pair a good HDD with a good external enclosure for maximum looks, security and performance.

 

 

          RaidSonic was founded in Hamburg in 1999 and in May 2004 they moved to Ahrensburg due to the need for larger warehouse space. Raidsonic has prioritized security features in their external enclosures from simple password protected enclosures to finger print protected enclosures and key tag protected enclosures so no matter what kind of protection you require they have it. Still since the key tag security feature is completely new to me i am curious to see exactly how well it works.
