INTRODUCTION

The benefits of having a good power supply under the hood of your computer have been explained over and over by us and so now the only thing that really remains is what the end consumer should choose. As promised today with us we have yet another company that up until now we never had the chance to review one of their products. The name of that company is Seasonic and i bet that they really don't need any introductions since they have been around for over 3 decades and have managed not only to create many award winning for both high quality and performance power supply units but they have also managed to become OEM manufacturers for many large companies in the market.

For yet another time we have the opportunity to be amongst the first worldwide to review a new product and so today with us we have the new X-Series 80Plus GOLD Certified PSU by Seasonic and not only that but we also happen to have the 750W variant. Noted this is not the highest Wattage Power Supply Unit we have ever tested, not even close, but according to Seasonic larger variants will eventually cease to exist since the 80Plus GOLD Certification allows a 750W power supply to be a lot more efficient than a normal 750W unit. I for once never say never although i always like having the most powerful power supply units for my systems.
