Product Specifications:
Looking over the product specifications as given by Kingston, we find they list compressible reads at 555MB/s and compressible writes at 510MB/s. This is normal for what we would expect from an LSI SandForce Driven drive on 5 series firmware. Looking at the specified Maximum write IOPS we see that they are touting the HyperX 3K with its 3K P/E synchronous NAND as being capable of 86,000 IOPS with a 4k alignment. Maximum read IOPS is listed at 60,000 IOPS at a 4k alignment. As you will soon see, all of these figures are conservative. The HyperX 3K comes with an industry standard 3 year warranty. We have the upgrade package which is the industry’s most complete package as you will see.
The upgrade package we have is available from Amazon for $235 (click here) . This is under $1 per gigabyte which is a great price considering all the extras that come with the upgrade kit.
