THE DANGER DEN MINI TORTURE RACK
I’m not going to bore you with build shots as the tech bench is very straightforward and easy to put together with a little patience. It took me a little over an hour to put the Torture Rack 2 together, but someone who’s quicker with a screwdriver than I am could have it done in a fraction of that time. The Torture Rack 2 has two levels; the top is the motherboard tray and supports ATX and MATX motherboards. Both levels have cutouts to improve airflow, and a power and reset button are provided in case the motherboard you are using does not have one on it.
Each side provides screw holes if you want to use them to anchor your optical and hard drives. The setup provides room to do this on either side for personal preference and flexibility.
The rear of the Torture Rack 2 provides two power supply installation holes on the bottom so you can mount your power supply on either side or even stuff two in if you need them more than an optical drive. The I/O shield plate is up top, with seven PCI slots are supported for multiple card configurations.
Four rubber feet are screwed into the bottom (by you of course) and provide a solid foundation for the bench.
