   Air cooling for CPUs is becoming a very crowded game with many competitors advertising high quality cooling for prices a lot more reasonable than water cooling.  Xigmatek was one of the first to introduce coolers with HDT (Heatpipe Direct Touch) technology and have released several coolers that tweak and improve upon this proven way to make thermally efficient and well performing coolers.   Many other companies have followed suit in releasing HDT style coolers.

 

 

 

 

   But Xigmatek is doing their best to stay ahead of the game in air cooling.  The Thor’s Hammer, named after the mighty Norse god and his weapon of choice, introduces Xigmatek’s new dual layer HDT system.
