CONCLUSION

It is quite rare for a CPU Cooler to really stand out of the crowd in terms of both design and performance and Glacialtech really hit the spot with the F101. Not only did they manage to modify the typical U-Tower design to make it feel and perform better but they also manufactured a great looking CPU Cooler that may also appeal to plane enthusiasts because of its logo and name. Also the new and innovative push-pin way to mount the 120mm PWM fan is also a plus since it takes just a few seconds, but on the negative side you will not be able to remove the fan with ease once it is mounted. I would really like to see a H.D.T base on the F101 but for some reason Glacialtech did not find it necessary and really it is not but it would not harm either for the unit to improve on its already great performance numbers.
The F101 CPU Cooler by Glacialtech currently retails for around 55$ inside the USA and 40Euros inside the EU making a direct opponent to the TRUE120X but the included fan and larger CPU compatibility will most probably make it a solution much more acceptable by most of the people on a rather tight budget who are looking for a good all around CPU Cooler with great performance. If you also happen to be an fighter/war plane enthusiast then the F101 is a one way for you and since i really can't find any drawbacks i am also awarding the F101 CPU Cooler by GlacialTech the Editors Real Deal Award. Still i would really like to see a GlacialTech offering with 140mm fan/s in the near future targeted towards the hardcore overclocker.
